DAY TWO: SATURDAY

IN A "PIG'S EYE"

Good morning! Welcome to the first full day of the Weekend Experience!

Today, we slay the Eastern Beast. It’s all Saint Paul, y’all!

Hopefully, we’re not too zonked from last night’s festivities.

For the next 12+ hours, we’ll continue the venn diagram of Historical Gastronomic Revelry, with a healthy dose of Tourism added into the mix.

All of our meals occur in historical settings (and they’ll range from quick service to fine dining), we’ll get our steps in at tourism meccas, and we’ll revel in outdoor/classy/Irish pub settings.

Saint Paul is more of a laid back town, a bit old fashioned. If Minneapolis’ downtown feels a bit more white collar, Saint Paul is definitely more of the blue persuasion.

Nestled on the high bluffs downriver on the Mississippi, we’ll get a bit more of an industrial feel today. Saint Paul is definitely more of a River Town than Minneapolis.

Environments will include urban downtown, charming parkland, and romantic cobblestoned neighborhood.

We’ll be doing about 10ish miles of walking today and ending our Saturday itinerary around 11:30pm. Not as late as last night.

If it’s 8:00am, it’s time to get started.

Head to the first section of Day Two!
